I just do not come up with the name .... Random work with a random wolf. Watercolor and acrylic, slightly less than A4 size. If you are interested, it is for sale
I don't know why you put these under drawings: they're not, they're paintings, at least the ones I have seen so far. Your lighting is good. This one looks like it has the body of a fat giant cat. Not accurate proportion for a wolf. The stomach area should have been visible on the right in direct line with the beginning of the leg on the left where it meets the neck fur. Other than that, a good piece. Like the tribal feather and bead work.
You shouldn't comment on things you know nothing about. All you show is your ignorance.
Werewolves and wolves happen to be a passion of mine, and as I am a Native American artist; I know more about Werewolves than most people have ever heard.
This is not an insult to his painting, he is a wonderful artist, I am simply speaking to the accuracy of the design of the stomach area.
I could be saying that this is an insult to my people, but I'm not because I don't think anyone should take his ignorance/inaccuracies personally, but I do think he should be more careful and open to learning about the culture and phenomenon he is portraying, as should you apparently.
Well, I think it is a beautiful painting, and I wasn't trying to upset you or anything. But also, there is no stomach area in the painting. That would be the neck/chest, which the artist is probably trying to make it look fluffy. It may look fat, but I think it would be helpful to the artist if you suggested it in a nicer manner, such as, "Maybe you should try to make the neck/chest part a little smaller." I, personally, would like constructive critism, even if it harsh (like "it's fat"), but I would appreciate it if it were in a nicer manner. I am not sure what WolfRoad likes, but I'm sure that your comment helped. But I'm just trying to point out that maybe it was meant to look like that.
Thank you for making my point about the lack of proper proportion.
Did you even read the first message? I was much less abrupt and much more positive with the first then the second because the second was an expression of confusion and frustration due to the lack of clear communication.
I appreciate what you're trying to point out, and hopefully you now understand where I'm coming from here. Have a good rest of the week.
We've made this change as we believe it's a great piece of artwork with a wonderful display of colour and technical skill c: Great work!
I'd like to see YOU draw it better. WolfRoad did an incredible job here.
